I had an error happen with my appointment where it was accidentally adjusted from wisdom teeth removal day of to just a consultation The front desk was so helpful as well as 99% of the people there being able to actually get me in and have the appointment that day since I had already fasted for 12 hrs at that point and had a ride there. I really appreciate them rectifying the situation so quickly as it was definitely disappointing when I learned of the error, my wisdom teeth extraction went great and I have had little to no pain while healing

Clean. Everyone I was in contact with were very friendly. Dr Parks was very knowledgeable and patient with any of the questions that I had. He answered them all and then some. Very professional (not to mention handsome) lol I had six teeth removed all at once. They gave me information in what to expect when I went home. They gave me gauze. I was basically in and out once they started the procedure. Thankfully, the next day I wasn't in pain, sure my mouth was sore. I didn't need the Prescription pain medicine that they prescribed. I just took Tylenol and switchedwith ibuprofen. I would definitely go back if I need more work done. He is an excellent doctor. Thank you for making my experience stress-free.

I rarely give reviews. This experience was so positive that I have to give credit where due. The staff is very pleasant, professional, and informative. They worked together so smoothly like a well running machine. My procedure today was so fast that it felt like I closed my eyes and then opened them right back up. I will definitely return if additional work is ever needed and recommend to friends and family.

Very Very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable not embarrassed. I was able to ask my Dr. My concerning question and he patiently explained with options. I will definitely be back for treatment and highly recommend this facility to anyone needing treatment.

I had to have oral surgery at Triangle Implant Center, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone there was so nice! From the time I walked in, 20 minutes early, I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile, I was taken back right away, the Dental assistant, anesthesiologist, and the surgeon were all wonderful, they explained everything they were going to do, which made me feel comfortable and safe. The procedure went smoothly, and I was on my way home in under an hour. I’ve had no pain, and only slight swelling. It’s been one of the best dental procedures I’ve ever had. I recommend this facility highly! They’re amazing!! 5 ⭐️
